On 2nd June 2016, Shar Gaden Monastery along with many disciples across the globe celebrated the 13th birthday of H.E. Domo Chocktrul Rinpoche, the third incarnation in the line of Domo Geshe Rinpoches.

In the spring of 2008, the current incarnation of Domo Geshe Rinpoche was enthroned in Samten Choling Monastery in Ghoom, in Tashi Choling Monastery in Kurseong, and in Enchey House, the ancestral home of the previous Domo Geshe Rinpoche, in Gangtok, Sikkim.
The hair-cutting and final enthronement ceremonies took place on 21st June 2008 at Gangjong Namgyal, presided over by His Holiness Kyabje Trijang Chocktrul Rinpoche and His Eminence Kyabje Yongyal Rinpoche. Also in attendance were Venerable Achok Rinpoche, His Eminence Gangchen Rinpoche, Venerable Zawa Rinpoche and Lama Michel Rinpoche.

As Kyabje Trijang Chocktrul Rinpoche said at the beginning of the ceremony, the young tulku was recognised in order for him “to continue his activities for the flourishing of the teachings of the Buddha, particularly for the teachings of the great master Je Tsong Khapa.” Given the name Losang Jigme Nyak-gi Wangchuk, the young tulku is now engaged in traditional monastic studies at Shar Gaden Monastery.
As H.E. Domo Chocktrul Rinpoche enters his teenage years, he is one step closer to becoming a great, erudite Dharma master who spreads the brightest jewels of Dharma in the ten directions, thus fulfilling the prediction of Kyabje Trijang Chocktrul Rinpoche.
Happy Birthday Your Eminence Domo Chocktrul Rinpoche! May You live a long and healthy life and stay for hundreds of aeons to water the seeds of Bodhicitta and help innumerable sentient beings to attain Buddhahood.

Posted on August 7, 2016 #1 AuthorWe rejoice in the 13th Birthday celebrations of Domo Choktrul Rinpoche and his important enthronement ceremony in 2008 recognizing him as previous incarnation of Domo Geshe. May H.E quickly and completely fulfill the purpose of this incarnation. The interesting bit about both the Panchen Lama recognised by China and HE Domo Choktrul is that both have resemblance tot heir previous incarnation. I believe in this degenerate times, people have much disbelief and distrust about the authenticity although verified by other erudite high lamas thus sometimes I believe the divine does manifest some form of manifestations that will shift the fence sitters to truly start believing instead of always resisting. May the precious teachings of the great Lord Je Tsong Kapa quickly spread to the 4 Corners of the World _/\_

Personally I think nowadays a 13 years old teenager would not have any will to spend whole life in monastery as there are just too much “fun” in the secular world. But reading on the miracles around Domo Choktrul Rinpoche, I think this young Rinpoche is definitely not an ordinary person.

Domo Choktrul Rinpoche 为 Domo Geshe Rinpoche 的第三世转世。 高僧大德们一直转世回来就是因为他们的慈悲， 想要度化众生。 虽然转世回来的高僧资质不凡， 不过他们也是需要经过正规的寺院教育， 才会出来讲法， 度化众生。
Domo Geshe Rinpoche 是一位非常厉害的高僧， 多杰雄登最新的眷属– 南喀巴津 也是由Domo Geshe Rinpoche 安置在多杰雄登的坛城中， 成为其中一名多杰雄登的眷属。 由此可见 Domo Geshe Rinpoche 的修为是多么的高。
愿 Domo Choktrul Rinpoche 可以早日在寺院学成， 转动法轮， 利益众生。

Posted on August 10, 2016 #5 AuthorThe 1st Domo Geshe Rinpoche created Namkar Barzin – one of the famous Dharma Protector in Phari, also one of the entourage of Dorje Shugden. Before the existence of Namkar Barzin, he was a Mongolian monk who died unhappily from snowstorn while travelling. After his unhappy death, the animals in that region fell ill, weather become unusual, bad omens and signs started to appear that made the people in that region very worried and scared. Therefore they invited their most respected Lama Domo Geshe Rinpoche to assist and hope he could help with this kind of situation. After some communications and understandings between Domo Geshe Rinpoche and the deceased Mongolian monk, a promise was made between them and hence the creation of Namkar Barzin. It was said that Domo Geshe Rinpoche specialised in subduing malevolent spirits, and of course a strong DS practitioner.

Domo Rinpoche is an incredible lama. It was said that even H.H. the Dalai Lama mentioned that being in the presence of Domo Rinpoche is like being in the presence of Lama Tsongkhapa himself. Domo Rinpoche’s past lives have also demonstrated many great deeds. One of the most famous creation of Domo Rinpoche was a rilbu (herbal pill) which has the ability to protect the user from physical harm.
