The advice below was recently given to the Kechara Forest Retreat team by the Protector Dorje Shugden. As Dorje Shugden is an enlightened Buddha, all the advice he gives is none other than the perfect Dharma, as can be seen clearly below.

Read moreThere is a substantial path ahead of us beyond our Protector practice. For those new to Buddhism, reading widely is encouraged to gain as much knowledge as possible. With such knowledge, we will be better equipped to identify a school or lineage of Buddhism that we are interested in.

Read moreI am looking for a practical way to photograph skin tone under stable light. The same wall looks warmer or cooler whenever the camera changes its settings. My first safeguard is a shaded window with no harsh sunlight on my face. The comparison should use the same distance without any smoothing or colour filter. A grey card or plain white paper may give me a useful reference in each frame. I also plan to repeat the setup on another day before drawing any conclusion. A well-organised skin undertone test camera might make it easier to repeat the same conditions next time. I do not expect a digital image to answer every undertone question. I will compare the images side by side instead of relying on what I remember. How do you keep your phone from changing the comparison halfway through? I would prefer a routine that works with ordinary household materials. I will avoid changing the setup halfway through the small experiment. I am grateful for straightforward advice that avoids overpromising.
To be moral, I occupied to be indeed troubled roughly buying prescription online. I wasn't established if it was unhurt or if the products would be genuine. But after a ally convinced me to sample this rather during a repellent flu season, I'm so chuffed I did.

That straightforward with of openness gave me so much confidence. In this day I've switched all my family's routine prescriptions to them. It's affordable, faithful, and surprisingly human. Enthusiastically recommended!

I started writing down one thing at the end of every day — what I actually managed to do. Not a to-do list, not plans. Just one small win. It's surprising how quickly it shifts your perspective.
Hey everyone, just joined. I joined after looking through a number of threads and seeing how active the conversations are. The forum seems structured well, which makes it more comfortable for someone new to find relevant information. I appreciate the friendly tone here and I’m excited about learning more. I have recently been studying about this over the past little while.
I am a member of Jewel-Heart out of Ann Arbor, MI; it was founded by Gelek Rinpoche, whos root Guru was Trijang Rinpoche. His nephew, Demo Rinpoche, is his successor.
ANYWAYS the question:
being of the Gelug-pa school, I am curious about Dorje Shugden and his practice, and wonder where I can get a book that lays out the practice. Having access to it is kind of.. difficult right now, but I dont think we'ed have any of these teachings if it wasnt for Dorje Shugden!
