Dorje Shugden in Gonsa Monastery
Gonsa Monastery in Tibet features one of the largest Lama Tsongkhapa statues in the world. It is also home to a magnificent Dorje Shugden temple featuring a large statue of Dorje Shugden.
This video provides a succinct introduction to the history of the Gelug tradition and the practice of its Dharma Protector. The holy and traditional images of His Eminence Denma Gonsa Rinpoche’s monastery are also showcased as part of this video, and the overall atmosphere exudes great devotion towards the Guru and the Protector.

That the 5th Dalai lama wrote a poem of repentance is significant as it denotes his acceptance that Dorje Shugden is not a spirit and a higher being worthy of respect and worship. If Dorje Shugden had been tested by various great masters of the time when he arose, and accepted then, it should be accepted now.
Very beautiful to see the sangha in the monastery. And, beautiful narraiton and explanation of why one should not disparage Dorje Shugden as many great masters of the past were emanations of Dorje Shugden.
